I'm JP, and food has always been a constant obsession in my life. Not just eating it, but finding it, understanding where it comes from, and turning it into creative delicious dishes.
This is my way of sharing that obsession with you. Pushing the envelope on what “food” is, and showcasing local ingredients in non-traditional ways. My platform isn’t just about me; it’s about spreading awareness of organizations championing environmental and food security for future generations. I’ve covered their stories and highlighted their work, including the Pacific Salmon Foundation, BC Wildlife Federation, and Freshwater Fisheries Society of BC.
